think you may need to be invited to apply as I had an e mail from them and I have not pasted a link as it says "non transferable offer" BUT it is worth registering as their samples are usually very good.

they are really nice i ordered some on sunday and they arrrived yesterday and im really pleased with them but you do have to pay for package and posting, i paid just over £3 and for another £2. 20 p/p i got another 250 free, 500 altogether0
