** Welcome Finance increases charges **
Hey all,
I have just had a letter from Welscum finance and they explain they are putting there charges up, I guess this is because they are struggling so much to survive with all the trouble they are in.
The letter states :
In accordance with clause 1 (h) of your personal loan agreement, we write to advise you of changes to the charges that are payable upon your breach of agreement, and service requests that you make from time to time, with effect of 9th March.
The charge for "if a payment you make is returned unpaid" will increase from 20 to 25 pounds.
I am currently in dispute with them, and I am getting charges is this actually allowed ??
