I have just spoken to claimsregulation website about writing off a loan that was miss-sold or is unenforceable as I have been contacted today by a company called Consumer Benefits Network who stated that they are regulated by them, I asked the question "Is this really possible and the officer told me that it was possible and suggested that i register on this site for further information as CBN wanted £295 upfront of which £250.00 is refundable if not successful. Does anyone know of a company that does the preliminary checks for free as I have heard that this is possible, or even if someone can recommend a company rather than going by the first one that called me. I do feel that I have a legitimate case for this?0
