Two near here are 99p stores, one other is opening as an Iceland next month. Two more are still empty.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

Well the 1 in gloucester is empty but then its not new for gloucester, no idea what its going to be, there was talk of m7s and next looking into the possibility of moving into it but nothing so far,0

The York store shut in Jan 2008 - before most of the rest. It became a Boots in July last year - which is great...but the old Boots is still empty! Primark are you listening? This is what the teenagers want here!( mine do anyway!):rolleyes::jFlylady and proud of it:j0

Eltham High Street closed and a week and a half later re opened as a 99p store and the place is always choc a block with people. I'd say in Eltham's case having Woolworths close has done the high street a favour because it's booming whereas Woolies was always a ghost town.0
