I have just thrown a couple of de-sticked magnums into my blender along with some ice, coffee and some milk and chocolate sauce, not great on the hips but better than the taste of another magnum and a lovely relief on a hot day...

    I've had 2 £10 WEM's in the last 2 hours.

I feel bad reporting of wins when no one else has had them, but I know it's frustrating wondering if there is a glitch when you have lots of codes entered and no wins.

    Good Luck :)
dont feel bad ...it gives us someone to shout at :rotfl::rotfl: only joking well done :T

Hiya all - how we doing on this very hot, very sunny day?

I just got a £10 WEM! Hurrah! Still waiting on the elusive £50 but at least we know they're still doing the draws ;)

I panicked last night after I went to bed - started wondering if it ended at 23.59 on the 30th or 00.01 on the 30th (ie midnight tonight). If I'd been left with 10 unentered sticks I might have had a meltdown :rotfl:

I haven't had a wem yet, but I got this:

    Dear Mr

Many thanks for your e-mail regarding Customer Services.

Whilst a telephone number is given on the grounds of covering all means
of communication, the best way to contact us is via the web site.

If you would be so kind as to reply to this e-mail with the nature of
your enquiry, one of our team would be only to pleased to assist you.

    Best regards

    Mangum Pleasure Team

Enquiry: On the Pleasure Card itself there is a phone number for
    Customer Service printed as follows:

    "Customer Service 0845 272 8708 or www.magnumwinners.com"

When you ring the number you get a recorded message saying "For Customer

Services please visit www.magnumwinners.com", which is then repeated in
other languages. Is that a joke? I hope I didnt get charged for the
    call!

Not sure how having a phone line that just has a message telling you to email doesn't really cover all grounds of communication, does it? Probably gets them through some loophole in legislation...

    Made me laugh anyway.

Spoken with magnum re the glitch the other night. I asked when someone was going to confirm if the code went through as the comp finishes tomorrow, they have said not to worry as they can sort them out after the comp is closed???

Asked how as there are no more draws, didn't get a straight answer from that, oh well will have to wait and see. x

Sounds about right. I think they're fed up with this promotion! Not surprising really...

One of them told me they feel that forums stir up a lot of rumours and create more work for them too. In fact I think forums lessen their workload by sharing information, so they are not inundated with phone calls all asking the same questions.

I can see where they are coming from BUT I don't think they are right. I think forums cause them more problems because when people are in a group they are more likely to complain and demand action. Without forum groups, I think magnum would have been more easily able to let this one slide and not have had to admit that the whole thing has been a shambles.

The lady I spoke to on the phone apologised actually - she said "trust me, as someone who answers the phone to complaints every day, this competition has not run as smoothly as it could have".

When I spoke with them, I said "I bet your are really fed up of this promo" his reply was a resounding YES definitely. He also said that the problems will still be there for weeks with activating problems etc, so for them the next few weeks will still be hell.

Felt sorry for him really. x
Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol
