Is there any way to get the cash into your bank account?

To get the money off the card & into my bank account I've tried;
- Adding the card to my paypal account
- Requesting a payment to one of my email addresses via paypal
- Adding the card to my lottery account

All of these methods have failed due to verification errors.

I have also tried topping up my mobile with the card via the O2 website with no success.

I have activated the card.

If I remember rightly, eBay varifies any card registered with it by taking two small amounts off the card, then refunding them once you have correctly confirmed the amounts taken. Obviously refunds cannot be made to this type of card.
