One of mine a few weeks ago did this and I rang the careline number, not sure what they did on their system but they told me to put the number in again and it worked. hth

think that happened to me once, I tried ringing them and gave up and then claimed again and used the lost claim numbers automatic route that comes up after it says already claimed, can't be more precise sorry as it was awhile ago.;)

Has anyone got any cards arrive yet? My email said to contact them on 19th if it hasnt arrived and somehow Im pretty sure it's not going to. Wondering if it's worth emailing them tomorrow knowing that theres major delays.

Oh I dying just for another £10 of something - I've entered loads everyday my kids are totally sick of them and I've won £50 in total nothing like everyone else, and Yes I am moaning!!!!
