I've entered 46 codes so far and not won anything.

    You must like magnums!:rotfl:

Ive bought many many boxes but in the last boxes I bought (4 boxes of three) there were five incomplete codes on the sticks and two were completely missing the codes altogether!
I've emailed them to see what they say but not holding my breath after reading about the customer service!
I have enter about 20 codes now and won zilch!

  • :DThank you for number

I got the most amanzingly helpful person (yip they even impressed me which is hard)

Anyway she advised me would keep getting error as only accepts one per hour hence everytime i kept putting it in wrong code i would get error whether right or wrong.
She then took my code and put it through for me and I guessed one letter as looked like 0 and was Q and also D looks like zero.
And other one he had which cannot see code she gave me code to put in.

    2. I can't read my unique code. What should I do?
    a. Magnum accepts no liability for illegible codes. You may want to allow your stick to dry as this may aid visibility. If it not readable you can contact the customer careline on 0800 731 1507 for further assistance.

  • Right so lady at careline gave me other code to put in that didnt work either  so called them this morning and got same women i spoke to last night :D .
She tried to put it through didnt work for her either and then she changed the 0 to a Q so if anyone struggling try the Q.

Anyway she said they are having technical difficulties regarding email time/response etc, so best holding off for few days until fixed me thinks.

    taken from another forum....

I spoke to Aysha at Magnum.

Started by saying I am probably wasting my breath but would you please answer why nobody in the comping world had won a prize from Magnum since last Thursday......

I was really surprised when she said their was a technical fault. I told her she was the first person to admit this. She said they had only been informed of the fault within the last hour.

She said there was a delay in ansabacks to texts and emails and that the winning texts had now exceeded the 72 hours (maybe this is why Technical people have now informed them).

I then asked her whether all the text entries from last Thursday onwards would be in the draw? The answer was YES.

I asked her whether it was worth entering whilst there was a fault and the answer was YES

I commented that perhaps they would have seen a downturn in entries over the past few days but she didn't comment.

I also pointed out that people were getting ready to get onto the ISP with the problem but that I would go back and inform people of the technical glitch.

Lets see how things go, I'll ring her again tomorrow if nothing is up yet.
  • The lady I spoke to was very helpful and dont want to be a pain here but if some one phoned you up and said I am probably wasting my breath what would your reaction to that be

There is a technical fault to response times eg emails etc and yes when i said best not entering for few days she didnt disagree.

Thing is comp isnt going anywhere and yes not good on there behalf but keep the sticks and when it is fixed we can enter them.
Also I think what she meant was winning emails were not getting through quickly
