    Cream 8oz marg with
6oz of soft brown sugar ( or any type )

    add

    10oz of flour
    6oz oats
    4 tablespoons of golden syrup

add 2 bags of choc chips ( each 100g ) .......or substitute raisins , nuts etc

pre heat oven to about 180

roll misture into small balls place on greased baking trays squash down slightly

bake for 8-10 mins , until a light brown , they will still seem very soft but as they cool they harden up but will be soft and chewy
