Does anyone know of any established free websites or books that can be purchased from reputable writers, that would help a woman who has low self esteem and low self confidence?

I have no idea if this particular book is any good, but the author is reputable, as one of her other ones (the dance of anger) was recommended to me by my nhs counsellor when I was ill with stress related depression. Might be worth a look at.
