When I click the link you provided and fill in the form it says I can no longer enter as i have timed out??

Not for me and I'm using firefox too. Can't use the direct entry form either because it comes up with an error when you submit

EDIT-
Tried it again in IE and it worked but I had to navigate AWAY from the page and then return to it for the pop-up to appear.
