CSA, how long to recalculate claim?

Rung CSA to ask for claim to be recalculated, as my employer has cut my wage by 20%, by cutting my shift pattern and with it my unsocial hours payment.

I pay them weekly but get paid monthley.

They say I have to wait until I have got a payslip showing full month at reduced rate, 1st payslip will have 1 week at old rate and 3 at new, so it will be 7 weeks on til I can give them this.

On top of this I will finish paying CSA in mid August anyway, so will they have sorted it by then?

Do not want to overpay and then have to wait months to get my money back, not sure \i can afford to `overpay` and be repaid, already losing so much.

Thanks
