problems with pinecone registration completion
has anyone who was lucky enough to find a banner to register had any problems when answering the few questions to allow you in the queue for your first survey. had access probs first so emailed them sorted that out then had page problems, so i emailed and they sorted that out, then when i got to the end of the questions, on the very last page it timed me out, so i have emailed them again, but had no reply. has anyone else had this problem in the last few days?
have had a reply and they are not doing anything about it the link they sent me does not work and im missing out on the best site.
any ideas what i cud do.

i have problems logging in, every time i log in it takes me to the accept page then tells me to log in again, then when i log in again it takes me back to the beginning again then it starts all over again so i never get to do the survey, had an email from them telling me if i dont do the surveys they send they will cross me off their list, but its not for want of trying

i havent even got my membership details yet, its sooo slow, after all the above i dont know if i am even registered properly. the woman emailing me was getting sick of me i believe.

It's working ok for me. Have you had a survey recently? I have read that they will discard you when they don't need your profile any more without telling you. Seems a bit unfair to me, but at the minute they still want me (had 2 surveys last week) so I'm keeping schtum.

I registered through the banner before Chritmas, answered all the questions and everything so I believe I am registered, but never ever heard from them since!!

I get surveys from them a lot. I have been a member for three years though.
