hi does buying postage online with paypal and royalmail work out cheaper than buying it from the post office i did read this somewhere just wanted to make sure also how would you know the weight of the parcel to do the postage and will you be able to do recoreded delivery and how do the labels for recorded delivery do you print out recorded delivery labels?? and how do you have to take it to the post office im guessing you would so i dont think it saves that much time does it might aswell just go to the post office lol ???

it works out the same price as payiing
for it at the post office for UK mail
the exception to this is the overseas rate
its much cheaper to pay for them over the
counter as they always pick the small
packet rate online its always the standard letter
rate which is more expensive.:j:j:j0 -
The other disadvantage of paypal postage is that you can only opt for 1st class and most of my items go 2nd. Might as well go to the PO and get a certificate of posting to be safe, it also means your post office returns are higher which means more chance of them remaining open when they next start a round of closures.

you still need to take it to the postoffice, to get proof of postage.and beside like the earlier post, use it or lose it!0
