Hello,
Just received my Bankruptcy (scotland ) award and its the best award i`ve received yet. Apparantely i`ve being bankrupt for a week. This is such a releif after a few years of trying to keep a business afloat and it all going wrong, then wondering what to do . I`m glad I did this.
I did this through the low income low assetts route in Scotland and from sending the forms off to being made bankrupt took 11 days. then a further week for the letter to come to me. A Huge thanks to all on here who have helped in various ways, i really think this would have been terrifying if i hadn`t read all the info on here. I`ll stick around and offer help where I can.One question - i was made bankrupt on 24/3 but incurred £20 a day bank charges for five days after that do i have to pay this?
Thanks again Chris

Well done KJ and no I don't think you have to pay. I hope not as I will have to go BR again if I have to.
