Asda.com increasing delivery prices

Sorry if this is old news or on the wrong board, but I was really surprised to see on Asda's website that they are increasing delivery charges to £5.95 on orders under £75. There are codes for reduced delivery costs on orders over £75 but those evouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other evouchers you might have! At least with Tesco.com you can get cheaper delivery prices on midweek deliveries regardless of MOV, plus use evouchers on top of that.
Asda's new delivery prices take effect from 6th March 2006.

I'm suprised that delivery prices are going up with competition so hot between the companies. Vote with your feet and try Tesco's or Sainsbury's instead.There is no need to run outside

more likely because it took three deliveries for me to get what I had ordered and they need to pay for that somehow!
Oh, and one day where they just never turned up and called me at 00:30 ringing constantly for 10 minutes when I was trying to sleep for a 5am early shift at work!0 -
