Morrisons Website Offers

Hi all,
I have noticed over the past few weeks that the Morrisons website appears not to be showing very many offers
(go to morrisons.co.uk and select offers)
so I phoned them today to let them know and after speaking to a customer service representative, who was obviously not interested, I was passed off with "I'll pass your comments on to the relevant team".
The reason for posting this is to see if any other moneysavers tend to check the internet first before shopping and therefore avoid Morrisons when there are no offers showing?
Maybe we should all contact Morrisons to find out why they are not updating there offers online
making us miss out on Price Crunch's etc.
Morrisons customer service number is 0845 611 6111 or dial 01274 261000 (head office number will put you through)
This is not an attack on Morrisons as I love shopping there but I am not going to spend 20 mins on a bus to my nearest store if there are no offers when I can get to Tescos and Sainsburys on foot.

Would agree their website is terrible...
Hubby yesterday happened to see when he borrowed someones newspaper that butter was 50p and their bread 50p.
As he works close to the store he said he would pop in and get some and did I want anything else Went on website to see what offers they had and bar half dozen frozen items and 4 bottles of wine they showed no offers not even the butter at 50p!!!!
When they were Safeway we use to have the leaflet with offers deliveredFebuary NSD 8/14 March NSD 9/110 -
Yes I agree with you. We receive a leaflet through the door with all the current offers in Somerfield and I wish Morrisons would do something similar, or at least keep their website better updated with offers. Our nearest store is about 30mins drive away but we would be far more likely to pop out there instead if we knew they had deals on that we were interested inDF Reward Pot £16/£110

Thanks for that knitter, I will nip in for some butter tomorrow.
I would have gone in today, but for their website not showing offers.

I find that Morrisons (and Tesco and Asda) seem to be concentrating their advertising in the tabloid papers these days - both with offers and all saying they are the cheapest!0

I have Sainsburys, Tesco, Asda & Morrisons all within 3 miles of me and switch around to get the offers on the things I would normally buy. I always check out the offers online at each before deciding where to go but I find the Morrisons site is useless and so definitely go there less than the other stores.
When I do go to Morrisons there are always a decent amount of offers but because they can't be bothered to advertise them in a way I can find them they loose out on my custom and I'm sure a lot of other potential customers.0 -
i think the morrisons website is awful.
i shop there regularly as it only a 10 min walk about and the offers instore are fantastic. but on line you only see a few , they also don't tell you when the offers start and finish. unless they are offering a credit crunch meal deal offer. The site seems to get udated and stuff taking off, but not new stuff put on.
I'm on the isle of wight and though my letter box i get leaflets from sainsbury, lidl , somerfield , costcutter and coop. but never morrisons. ( we don't have an asda or i'd be shopping there) i do wish morrisons did have better advertising of offer's.0 -
I shop a lot at Morrisons but agree website is very poor these days. I also have all the major supermarkets around and do tend to go to each just for their offers, so I'm always checking their websites....Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

We get our Morrisons "offers" leaflet with our local newspaper every week. But then we do have virtually every single supermarket within a mile radius of each other!!!What goes around comes around !! Simple but very true :rotfl:0
