Discontinued Avon products

Hi,

If you (like me) get into a particular product from avon only to find out that they have discontinued it a few months later, then try this website.

It is run by reps who have excess stock for sale, so you might even get it cheaper than you used to get it at.

the prices on there are dearer than they used to be in the avon cat, the herbal shampoos & conditioners where regularly sold for 99p or bogof and the makeup is usually on offer at two for £7 etc, tbh i think it's a bit cheeky avon reps asking for that much for alot of those items as they will have got them for next to nothing anyway in the wsl brochures

Not everything was offered in the wsl brochure. We only used to get a small amount of products in there and you were lucky if they were in stock by the time you ordered.

I have was looking for Dolce Aura perfume that they seem to have discontinued. I was suprised to see it priced on the site at £7.50. I am sure i paid less than that when it wasnt discontinued.

Sorry, i didn't mean to imply that everything was in the wsl, i must have been lucky as i always seemed to get everything i ordered from it. However considering that the price reps pay is 25% less than the avon cat, i still think some of the prices are a little too much, that is just my personal opinion and hopefully others will be greatful that they can purchase productd that they may not neccessarily have been able to get otherwise.

Am i right to assume that you are offering items for sale yourself on that site

Remember though, If you spend under a certain amount then you don't get things any cheaper. (as i rarely spent that amount so therefore paid the full amount until avon annoyed me so much i closed my account)

Sorry, just thought people might find stuff on here that they might not be able to get.

I used to be an Avon rep, generally if they discontinue a product it is just so they can relaunch it a couple of campaigns later. (Each campaign lasts about 3 weeks) Reps get a newsletter each campaign telling them about lines that are being discontinued and relaunched. If there is a particular product you liked your rep may know of be able to find out if and when it will be relaunched
