No one need ever be smelly in public again!
Seriously, this is one of the things I talk about with my mum (this and the people who say they can't afford to eat healthily while stuffing their trolleys full of ready made stuff/junk ). At these prices, why do we still have people who smell?0 -
I bought some Sauinsburys basic hair shampoo 28p and conditioner and it's fine.O.K. its not tresseme but it does the job at a fraction of the price.I do use tescos for shopping, but find that Sainsburys basic range seems better quality for toiletries that you have to buy every week0

I often rant about this to my OH when we see scruffy people, especially when they've got kids who look dirty or their clothes are dropping to bits. You can get soap, shampoo and even washing powder very cheaply now and even kids basic clothes in Asda & Tesco are cheap so there's no need to look dirty.abra_cadabra wrote: »No one need ever be smelly in public again!

I'll tell my daughter... she's 13 so more than capable of doing her own washing. She won't wash her clothes until they're so dirty I just can't get the stains out, and then she insists on wearing them. I've told her that anything that doesn't at the very minimum 'look' clean' is going to be binned when she goes away over Easter... she doesn't believe me... yet... :rotfl:Eat food. Not too much. Oh and a top tip from my dear deaprted gran
Basics washing powder is amazing for cleaning without scratching for sinks, baths, shower screens etc.. the gritty texture is great for gentle cleaning and it leaves that lovely fresh laundry smell in the bathroom
1 packet lasts me 6 months"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

Because it's not the cost of soap that stops them washing.0
