Had a fabulous run tonight... i was at the back of the middle of the pack at running club which is progress from the front of the back IYKWIM!
Supposedly 3miles in 33.5mins, but when i looked on mapmyrun it's more like 2.75miles i'd say... was nice though.... still fast for me! and am very happy.... i've even caught up with some of the yummy mummies! lol!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
