Len lots of dry toast, dry cereal or crackers potatoes basically stuff that will line the stomach but not set the bacteria off. Stay well away from Dairy or spicy stuff. That's the part I'm spectacularly bad at! The 'proper men' who might just actually treat me properly are usually the ones I ditch in favour of the exciting, sexy, treat-me-like-dirt ones. :rolleyes:and how do you know you've got one when you think you have found him?
I'm happy being single for a bit though - it's quite fun.

Am stuffed - cooked way too much food so put half in the fridge for dinner tomorrow
Mmmmm it was good though - and I got spinach and tomatoes in and garlic so feel very good
