They arent usually runners though - just models - runner world is rubbish for that - having some proper runners on actually running would be nice eh - but noooo to get people to buy it they just chuck some pretty girl/guy on the front with a nice six pack (rolls eyes)...0

This pinch, punch first of the month thing has reminded me of a little rhyme that we used to have at school.
Pyramuss and Pinch Me went down to the river to bathe
Pyramuss got drowned - who do you think was left?
