Lloyds. Is This Harrassment?

Hi. This is my first posting. Have small loan and credit card with Lloyds. Decided to consolidate, rightly or wrongly? Lloyds agreed and am waiting for documentation. Meanwhile Lloyds have been ringing me on a daily basis because I have not made a credit card payment. Tonight the message left on my answering machine was "It willtake you for ever to do everything. You will be constantly targeted. Please ring Lloyds Bank etc. " Do I have a case for harrassment?

was it a person leaving the message or a recorded message. Lloyds will continue to take action on all accounts in arrears until they are bought up to date, hopefully this will be done when your consolidation takes place, until then expect to be contacted as if you were taking no action to resolve.
