North East Wedding photographer help!

Can anyone help with a wedding photographer near Newcastle or North East area. Everyone I've seen at wedding fayres have quoted me from £1200 to £3000. Really want a magazine style album. Thought getting married during the week was supposed to be cheaper!

    Dan Yarrow photography looks good. I can't recomend him as I haven't used him myself, but his website has some amazing pics. Might be worth a look. His prices are up there, and it seems a fairly straight forward pricing structure. I can't do links, but just google that name.

    Have you thought about approaching students from a local college/uni studying photography who may need the work experience & will happily take less money or even better do it for free:confused:
    Although make sure you ask to see their portfolio first, I'm sure there'd be quite a few clambering for the opportunity especially those coming to the end of their course/degree and will be looking for work soon:D :D
