best4loans - please help!!

I recently rang through to best4loans for a loan of 2K. I am really struggling at the moment to providefor my little 3 year old. My ex has been great in that he has been really supportive and paid me weeklymaintenance but he is in the building trade and now out of work. I rang them and they were really helpful said that they had found a lender that accepted the loan and they would ring me between 3 to 5 working days to ask for my acc details so they could fund this. At this point they mentioned a fee of £49 I had the £50 in my ac!!!! which was for my monthly shop so I paid the fee. I have had an e mail saying the lender has not offered the loan and that it had been declined I rang the company up they gave me an 0161 number to ring I rang these over a period of days 3 times a day and held for over and hour by which time I hung up there was obviously nobody taking calls for obvious reasons in that customers had realised the loan had not been sucesful at all but I was £50 lighter. I have rung the main number on the website 0800 but they just say they are only the advisor and I need to to speak to customer services on the 0161 number (quel suprise) even though it was the advisors that took the fee in the first place.

I am working full time plus overtime where I can but its not enough to cover everything.

Please please has anybody been sucessful in reclaiming this money back I desprately need to go shopping I can go without food but my daughter cant. I cant sleep I am worried sick about how we are going to cope. Please could someone tell me how I need to go about getting this fee refunded. Unfortunately for me I was not a member of this site and I have paid for it I will certainly be asking for recommendations from this site going forward.

Might your Ex provide a little extra help, one off, in respect of his daughter.

He got laid off a while back and has been continuing to provide for me but now his savinhs are too gone. I am new to this site but when i have typed in on the searh forums for best4loans its not appearing, do I need to do something else ?
