UMTV -none delivery of prize -anyone else???

I was advised by email 8th January that I had won one of the Advent Competition prizes from 18th December from Universal Music UK. It was for 3 Cd's of my choice. Had an email off them 29th January after I contacted them to ask if they had been sent and they apologised for delay and that I should receive them 'in the next week or so'.
Despite a few emails back to them and have even left a message on the ansaphone I havent heard back from them nor received the Cd's. No 'Contact' information off their web site and wondering what best to do now.
Has anyone else not received their prize off them or offer me any advice?

I have a similar problem
it really sucks doesn't it? All I can suggest is to do what I did and contact the ASA? http://www.asa.org.uk hope u get it sorted soon!

I am waiting for a prize from two months ago. It's only a small win, but Its still a win, and I want it. I have e-mailed the Company twice and got replies to say that as far as the sponsers are concerned it has been sent out. I have sent the Company another e-mail to say that It's not good enough - still waiting for a reply. If I don't get one then I too am gonna get In touch with the ASA. The bottom line is that they put these comps. online and some of them do not want to part with the goods!!!0
