"Intelligent" Finance

Wasn't sure where to put this post!

I've just come off the phone to IF (Intelligent Finance)

I just wanted to make people aware that they are nothing but a call centre - you can't speak to anyone there with any banking expertise at all!!

It seems a computer makes decisions and the employees are just there to read the screens

This is fine if all you want to do is check a balance but not fine if you actually need to discuss anything in any detail. They can do nothing more than what you can do yourself via the internet banking.

There does not even appear to be a customer complaint department - the most senior person you can speak to is a call centre supervisor!!

I don't kow about anyone else but i do like my bank to have a little banking knowledge!!

Just thought it was something people should be aware of....
