charlie & lola plus boxed set.

Over a month ago I won a Charlie & Lola dvd, which never arrived. I emailed them(comp was from Good to Know) a couple of times, but got answers which were passed on. Eventually I said I would have to get in touch with their editor, if something was not done. Suddenly all apologies, excuses like being on annual leave(for a month???) & received my dvd this morning PLUS another boxed set of 4 more Charlie & Lola dvds.
