            Get legal advice asap.
If you have paid secured loan, then they ought not be able to repossess your house without first going to court for a charging order on the unsecured loan.
However Welcome Financial Services are in trouble themselves with their own bank loans - they've suspended several directors and are having to restate their accounts for 2007, and are basically in all kinds of trouble. As such I would suspect they will go to all lengths to pursue any outstanding money owed to them - they've got nothing to lose.
If you have paid the latest instalment on the secured loan, but not cleared the arrears on it, then they may be able to pursue repossession on that ground. However, you're not going to be able to get the level of advice you need on a message board. Call CAB first thing tomorrow, or try to see Community Legal Services Direct. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also ...0

If the secured loan is up to date then they cannot seek repossession. The unsecured loan has nothing to do with your property at this time.
The chances are there are issues where these loans can be challenged anyway. Welcome have one of the worst administrations in the lending business and are likely to have made big mistakes that will assist you.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0

This company is like a dog with a bone - they wont let go.
In one day alone, I had 12 missed calls on my mobile, messages on my house phone and called me at work, they then came to my door demanding money after not being able to reach me, fact was I has just finished a 12 hou shift.
I hate them with a passion, yes I owe them money which is being paid, but they are vile, they make me sick.0
