Can't open e-mail attachments in Outlook Express

Unable to open attachments in Outlook Express. Have unticked the option in tools/options/security/ do not allow attachments to be saved or opened...,
as advised via a google search but still can't open attachements. Anyone got any other ideas?

What happens? Is the paperclip greyed out? Does it give you an error message when you try and launch the attachment?0

The paper clip isn't greyed out. Nothing happens when I try to open and if I try to save as, I get an error message saying the command failed to execute.0 -

See OLEXP: Error Message: The Command Failed to Execute, which says:
CAUSE
There is not enough free disk space on your hard disk to save the attachment.
CCleaner will help to clear junk from the hard drive.0 -

Use ccleaner regularly. I've got plenty of room on my hard drive.0 -
