I can't understand why we haven't had the usual "sorry it was a misprice" email cancelling our orders.
Incidently, it's exactly one year ago today that the Samsung TV misprice happened. On that occasion they emailed everyone on the same day to say they wouldn't be getting their telly's for the lower price.:doh:
I'm not holding out much hope, but I would have thought if they weren't going to honour the orders they would have let us know by now.:think:0 -

I emailed them today, because my status changed to not allocated, whereas before i had a shipping date. I asked them why it had changed and got this in response:
Thank you for your contact with our Customer Support Team.
I have looked into this for you and the item that you have ordered is showing as 'out of stock'. The current time estimated til we get more stock is 7 days.
Are you happy to wait for new stock or is there further action you would like me to take on this order?
SO mayb we will still get them just have to wait longer and no mention of a misprice.0 -

Hands up who thinks that eBuyer are just stringing us all along with this one. :hello:
They haven't admitted to a misprice (in fact it's still showing the same price now - albeit "out of stock").
I'm guessing it will never come back into stock (or at least not with the same product code) so our orders will never be fulfilled. Only time will tell if I'm right ! :whistle:0 -

I reckon the 7 they supposedly had in stock when i ordered are being kept aside and not bein sent instead being saved for another product code.
While they told me they r getting more in, which i bet will never arrive.0 -

Has anyone out of the original 7 in stock received these yet? I remember reading a post saying it was showing as despatched?
My order still says "not allocated" and I’ve had an e-mail saying not in stock, will dispatch as soon as it is.
