HSM doll win in Jan - still not arrived!

Hi Guys

Just wondered if anyone's HSM doll has arrived yet?
We got WEM in Jan - but still nothing now!

Did e-mail them (Disney sent the wem) after 5 weeks to be told it could take up to 8 weeks - so e-mailed after that - this time have received no reply.

Anyone have any better luck than me?

wish i hadn't told my dd at the time - it's been a long wait!!!!

I would suggest trying to contact them again - maybe get hold of a phone number and speak to them? Then e-mail them again and say you will be getting in touch with the ISP if the prize does not arrive soon!

Exactly the same here Sue, I mailed after 28 days and got the same reply, haven't tried again yet. Let me know if you have any luck please, I stupidly told my god-daughter this was on it's way :rolleyes:

Same here as well. I received email mid January saying I had won Hannah Montana doll. I have since emailed twice and promised the prize within 8 weeks at the latest.

I was going to give it another week, then email again. If no satisfactory reply received, am considering contacting the ASA.

My grandaughter has been waiting for this prize for ages, I think it's unacceptable to have to wait so long.

I think that this is terrible. We should not be kept waiting this long for prizes that we have won. Some prizes turn up days after winning. Some you have to keep on pestering companies about - It makes you feel awful.

Hi Guys

- sent an email last night mentioning the ISP and ASA and got this reply today....

I would just like to explain the situation with the competition. We have had a huge delay on getting all responses back from all the winners which ultimately has meant that the shipment of the prizes have been delayed.

All of the winners details are now with Mattel and you should be receiving your prize in due course.

An email was sent out in early March stating the above, so apologies if you did not revive this email.

So watch this space!!!

Final update - HSM doll arrived today! (We got Sharpay!)

Daughter overjoyed, mum (me!) relieved!!!!!!
