comfy work shoes

I have been offered a job as a care assistant in a BUPA care home. The job will involve 12 hour shifts, most of which I will be on my feet. I need smart, flat, black shoes, comfort and breathe-ability is essential. Any recommendations?

I don't know if these are smart enough, but I bought a pair of these about a year ago and have found them really comfy for everyday wear for work and have had no problems with them at all - and I usually have real problems with shoes (generally end up with blisters etc).

Some other good reviews on the page. I got mine via the website as I don't have a branch of Wynsors near me.0
