How does mysupermarket.com work?

I had a quick look on the site and forums but couldn't find anywhere which explained how mysupermarket.com worked. I usually do my online shop at Tescos. Any help/advice appreciated!

I think the second picture is slightly more appealing. The first one looks like prawns and icecream.

We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.
