When do CS1 cases get migrated to CMEC

I was talking to a guy from the CSA yesterday and they said that the CSA will be closed down by the end of 2011 and that all cases will be moved across.
Does anyone here know if this right or does anyone else have any info re this?

I suspect that no one,not even senior people within the agency could answer this question and be accurate.
All they are really doing is changing the name on the door.0
