Hello,
I was just wondering if any of you lovely people have had any dealings with BCW.
They keep sending me letters to say I owe 3 mobile £96.00, however I dont, I owed 3 £39.70 for the last two months of my contract that came to an end last year and they have been paid in full so I do not know were BCW have plucked this £96.00 from.
I have asked them for a breakdown of what I owe exactly and alas they have not sent me one!!! I wonder why:rolleyes:
As far as I am concerned this debt has been paid to the mobile company in full and I have bank statements to prove payment was made so why are BCW still on my case???? and were the hell have they got £96.00 from!!!
I have even emailed them a full copy of my bank statement showing the payment I have made for the £39.70 as per 3 mobiles bill they sent me
