Does anyone know how to buy bulk for products like Ecover? It's what I use, and is obviously more expensive, but I am unable to find a bulk supplier to help me save money. Any ideas?
thanks in advance

You can get Bio-D washing powder in bulk from Ethical Superstore or Natural Collection (can't remember which). I think it's better than Ecover.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

I usually use Natural Collection for bulk buys of ecover and faith in nature (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap). I've just done two bulk buys:
Ethical superstore - recycled loo paper, ecover washing powder, laundry bleach and loo cleaner
Summer Naturals - vinegar, bicarb, borax, soapnuts & epsom salts
Both worked out cheaper and more convenient than buying small quanties in the supermarket (I find borax difficult to get hold of, and am fed up with buying epsom salts for my bath in the garden centre!)0 -
I buy non-bio phosphate free soap powder from Lidls in big, cheap box.0

Hi there,
There is a product called the bio wash ball which means that you don't use detergent at all Here's the 'science bit!' ..... It is the powerful remote infrared rays emitted by Biowashball ceramics which break the hydrogen molecules of water to increase molecular movement. This gives water a high penetration capacity and improves its washing properties. The BIOWASHBALL emits negative ions which weaken the adherence of dirt on fabric so that it is easily removed without the use of detergent. It has an antibacterial effect and eliminates bad odours. It lasts for about 3 years and can save approx £1000 in detergent and electricity on the basis of one 4 kg laundry per day. More information about it and other 'green' products can be found at forever - eco.com
Hope this helps

if you live near Hitchin, there is a store that will refill your old bottles at a much reduced cost and it is even better for the environment... Harvest Moon in Hitchin... not sure if they have a website or such but I thought it was a great initiative! they also stock large quantities....Well lets see - I dip in and out of MSE all the time but I still come back - have done since 2007!!!

Try ethicalsuperstore, I agree that buying in bulk saves money, as well as packaging. It can also save you time because you're shopping less often. Bulk buying makes particular sense for products that won't go off, and you know you're going to use - like household cleaning products.0

Not keen on ethical super store due to their policy on promoting charities that do animal testing & vivesection - cant see it as ethcial at all.
Bio D is good and plenty of places do it in bulk. We get ours from Alt Stores
