Really need mortgage advice!

Options
My mortgage is not due for renewal until next May. It is currently with Alliance & Leister. I have a £85,500 mortgage together with a £5,500 loan.

Can I change mortgage dealer if I have a loan incorprated into my deal? This has really confused me! Do I have to pay this loan off for 35 years with A&L and get a mortgage elsewere? Or can I move my loan aswell?

I really want to change mortgage provider. I have seen deals that are alot better than the one I am on at the moment which would require me to pay less over a shorter period of time. Now im scared that no-one will touch my deal due to this loan!

Also if my mortgage was for £90,000 to begin with will this have went down now? And can I leave my current deal if its not due to be renwed yet?

Sorry for all the questions but as I said I am completely hopeless at this stuff! Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
