Lloyds TSB overdraft

I posted a while back about trying to pay off my overdraft. I ended up making an agreement with Lloyds to pay £100 a month and they'll reduce my overdraft the same. Anyway to cut a long story short, I broke the agreement meaning I'm still overdrawn, being made worse by Lloyds still reducing my agreement.

A couple of weeks ago I was around £145 over my limit and received a phonecall from Lloyds. I told them I was aware of the situation but could not make any payments til my next pay day in a fortnight. I was told to call back when I had got paid and a new agreement could be set up. Yet they continued to call every couple of days saying the same thing. When they called on Thursday they asked me to set up the payment ready to come out of my account, which I did and then they set up a new agreement. Then on Saturday called AGAIN to say none of that had been authorised and could I make the payment again, which again I did.

I've just looked at my Natwest account online and both payments came out of my account yesterday, totalling almost £300, leaving me with virtually nothing. Yet when I go on my Lloyds account, these payments are yet to show up.

I can't afford for them to take this much money out of my account all in one go.

Call them up and ask them to refund one of the payments as this was not what you agreed. If they refuse, ask them to send you a copy of their official complaints procedure.
