A Win On Great Competitions

Thanks elverman for your post. I always wondered as I entered all the Great Competition comps if it was actually possible to win them. Well today I was awoken by the phone and a guy wanting to arrange delivery of a garden product he said I had won. I was half asleep and thought "figure it when it arrives" but then I had to get my head around it a bit better as he wanted to know if I wanted to order an application kit. As it was only £7.50 I did not think too hard and gave him my card details. Then I thought I better get online and check this as I have just given my card details to a person on the phone who rang me! This rang alarm bells but it all checks out - big sigh of relief.
So it seems that I have won a product containing copper which can be applied to pots, raised beds etc etc to keep slugs at bay. Well given that one reason we stopped growing tomatoes in pots was that they were decimated by slugs I realised that this is a good win (now that I have had a cup of tea and can think straight that is). So thanks again elver man for your post.
