CS1 Housing allowance

Just another quick question.
If PWC applies for a Departure with regard to NRPP being able to contribute to housing costs, and this is granted, what happens if circumstances change - eg NRP and NRPP split temporarily?
This happened to us many years ago, so NRP and NRPP lived separately for 6 months, then reconciled. So for 6 months NRP was then assessed as having no partner to contribute to housing costs - which was true.
Then when reconciled, do CSA automaticaly reinstate the Departure and consider NRPP to be able to contribute or would the PWC have to apply for another Departure as circumstances had changed in the interim period?
Any advice greatly appreciated

The CSA call it change of circumstances, the moment you split you must inform them. Just phone them and ask for their name. Write it down then speak clearly the date and time over the phone then say how your circumstances have changed and ask which forms you need and ask they send them to you. Confirm everything in a brief letter addressed to the person you spoke to immediately afterwards.
I dont know whether you have an obligation to inform the CSA again if you reconcile.
There is legislation passed last year making it a criminal offence for an NRP (with a liability) failing to inform the CSA of a change of address, but the CSA has a propensity to interpret this being a criminal offence if an NRP fails to notify the CSA of a change of circumstances.0
