How much to tip a trainee hairdresser?

I'm going to have my hair done by a trainee hairdresser for the first time. The salon seems to be very nice and they'll charge me about £20 for tint, cut and finish.
How much do you think I should tip her?

£20 for a tint, cut & finish is a bargain.
yes you'll probably be there a long time if the trainee is in the early stages of training.
Trainee hairdressers are typically only on between £80 - £90 per week. So if you get a good service, experience and result, and if you can afford it, they'd appreciate a good tip of £5.0
