French equivalent to TEFL (Teaching of English as a Foreign Language)?

I'd like to train to teach French as a foreign language and I'm look for the French equivalent to TEFL (Teaching of English as a Foreign Language).
There are many TEFL short-term courses (sometimes lasting only one weekend), but I haven't found anything for French. I can speak it fluently, but I want to learn teaching skills and how to interact with students (on a one-to-one basis or a small class).
Any suggestions or advice, please?

hi mapleleaf,
My French sister-in-law looked into this a while back when based over here, though she didn't pursue it.
I understand the French equivalent to TEFL is called FLE ("francais langue etrangere" - sorry, no accents etc on my keyboard).
My SIL struggled to find any way to do this in the UK which is partly why she abandoned the idea. No doubt there is lots of info out there.
You could always try offering your services to a local primary school - at my son's school, one of the parents who is French pops in to give small group classes at lunchtime for a small fee. It's a nice low key way to get into it and helps build your CV.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll research "'francais langue etrangere' and see if I can find any training courses.
I was interested to hear about this French parent you told me about. Do you happen to know how much they charge and how long the classes last?0
