Barclaycard CCA response - Help please....

I received an absolute shocker from them back in May last year. It was a screen shot of a microfiche and was just a simple application form with no terms on it and no signature. They made my life hell for a while which is why I requested it in the first place but I am still paying them as I remind them when they start on me from time to time, that the CCA is not enforceable and they crawl back into their murky swamps and leave me alone for a few months.

I am having similar probs with Bcrd, Communicating with Colin Sefton from their Court Orders and Disclosures Department about this rubbish.
They are being obstructive and they know it.
Strangely, when I complained about it, I recieved a full CCA for my ex-Morgan Stanley Account within 24 hours.....SOMEBODY ELSES!!! ( and it wasn't even enforceable!
They now have a timetable to work to, under threat of ICO and OFT etc

i got an application form with t+c's from 2008 even tho the account was opened in 2004

they are threatening court now - i say bring it on

This was my reason for asking for it too, they were/are so unhelpful to people in difficulties and I wanted a way of keeping them quiet, I am not currently paying them, and not getting any hassle but think this is due to the complaint that is being investigated with the FO, not this CCA default. Not that the FO is any use whatsoever!!!!! :mad:

My letter is from same dept but different person, I have sent my response today, I have a friend who used to work for TS who's specialism was credit so she has written me a corking letter for them :T

Let's see what rubbish comes back!! I vaguely remember the only thing I ever signed with them, and it was a rubbish mailer leaflet application form way back in 2002 so should be interesting..... :rotfl:

What happened to you is shocking, be interested to hear what happens!

How could you tell when it was from, I have scanned my one and can see no date, but am convinced its not the right one, as am sure the logo was different when I appied for the card???
