mortgage help

i had an accident and got into trouble with arrear with my mortgageprovider i got my solicitor to write to them and say i have a claim and that it would clear my arrears. they charged me and on top of these charges charged me again i contacted the ombudsman for help they where on my side , and the cab services ans cccs. and national debtline and my local MP she has yet to reply .my mortgae provider is now issued court possession :mad: . i asked for help what can be done
