Need a good 42" LCD HDTV

We had the 42LG5010, only bought it a month ago and the first one developed some dead pixels so we got a replacement last week and now this one has a massive line running down the middle right side. Dixons have agreed to refund us so we now need to find an alternative one, we don't really feel like we want to get the same TV again because of the problems in such a short space of time.
We are getting a refund of about £600 so will have this amount to spend on a new one, can anyone recommend anything?
Our requirements are: must be 42", Full HD and black (actually the colour is my preference, don't think the BF would be too fussed!)
Really appreciate some help with this, so if you have spotted a bargain, please let me know!
