Lloyds TSB credit card are still refusing to accept my reduced payments even though i just keep on sending them well CCCS does .When i rang Lloyds collections they gave me another number to ring it was a 0845 number a man answered and said "hello NHA COLLECTIONS " it wasnt an indian call centre which i was quite pleased about he confirmed that Lloyds will not accept my payment because the offer is to low so in about 2 months it will be passed on to CONSUMER DEBT RECOVERY .Does this mean Lloyds will sell my debt on ? or this this just another debt of Lloyds ?
I feel alittle worried now he asked me to up my payments by another £20 per month i nearly did as he said it would not go to debt recovery if i did but i dont really want to up my payments incase i cant keep them up .
Just want to add i have requested from Lloyds my CCA it is 13 days today i sent a £1 postal order and sent it recorded , i know they received it on 19th but i have still not received it yet .

Then until you do receive it (and I suspect that's why they've contacted you as all collection must cease before you receive what you requested BTW) I would suggest not speaking to them.
You are under absolutely no obligation to speak to a creditor or DCA by phone or letter until they have complied with your CCA request. It's in the OFT guidelines.
They know they shouldn't be contacting you until they have but they do and will assume you do not know this, of course.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

the CCa limit is 12 working days plus 2 days before they default.
Since the debt is in dispute, they should not be selling it on until they produce the CCA.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thanks for the replys it was me actually who rang them what it was i sent them a letter for a full & final settlement offer but they refused it i rang them to hopefully try and change there minds but they would not accept .
Has anyone heard of consumer debt recovery i just wanted to know who they are and are they a part of Lloyds .0 -
First, you should send them the 12+2 letter. Let them know that you know it's in default
'Recovery' is a part of the Lloyds process
LTSB usually accept pro-rata offers eventually but they are the slowest of creditors - expect it to take six months.
Whether you then pay or not is up to you. The debt is already unenforceable in court and will stay that way until they show you a valid CCA agreement.
Most LTSB debts seem to end up at BLS (another bit of Lloyds) and they do offer F&F deals so if that's the way you want to go, then just hold on...0 -
Also, if you are on a dmp with CCCS you shouldn't be paying a creditor outside of your dmp. If Lloyd's want more dosh, well tough luck! They can't have it as you have to treat all creditors fairly whether they like it or not.
I don't have any dealings with Lloyd's but it could work in your favour if the debt is sold on, at least the DCA are likely to accept your dmp and freeze interest...so you could just hold on?Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
Mortgage free since 2014

Bump, anyone had dealings with these as above posts?
Have an account that may end up with them at some point, trying to talk to the indian call centre really is an unbelieveable experience!0
