I have looked at the Chelsea website but can't see if you can make overpayments on the 10 year fixed, sorry if I missed it but if anyone does know would be grateful for any help. Am considering the 10yr as I like the idea of knowing where we are budget wise, also can it be ported over if we move? Thank-you!
