Thanks for running the thread this month Slowlyfading :A

My tax code is changing (didn't pay enough tax last year) so with the effective pay cut I'm aiming for 20 NSD

Very impressed at those of you going for 20 days. Are you just incredibly organised, or do you not count things like grocery shopping?

Personally I do include grocery shopping, otherwise I pick up novels/magazines and junk food every day "grocery shopping" :o

However I don't include direct debits, medical bills, or expenses that work refunds me like hotels when working away. (But if I buy something on behalf of someone else, I do include that as a spend because I'm not guaranteed to get it back, if you see what I mean?)

I also don't have petrol/diesel to pay for, which makes it easier to organise spends.

Yeah I dont know how they include groceries either... I have to go to the supermarket at least once a week - but then I dont have a freezer so all my food is fresh - it just goes off if I try to buy for next week as well and thats even more of a waste ;)
