Today will be another NSD. I had to spend £3 on hospital parking for my appt this morning. But I am not counting that. I resisted their little tuck shopp too

Well it hasn't gone very well so far this month! I was off work with toothache all last week (still have it now but it's a lot lot better) and had to buy painkillers etc for it! And also food and stuff to cheer myself up!
Think i can still do it but it might be though now! good job i gave myself a bit more leeway this month! Just a quick update. I ended up spending money on Monday and Saturday. So far I've had 12 nsd this month. Yeah.
I know that tomorrow isn't going to be as I've got to get a prescription!
